Double B Services

Full Care Board - 59 Stalls - $525 / month

• Large 12 X 12 stalls
• Stalls mucked & maintained daily by staff
• 2 feedings of grain per day* 3 feedings of hay per day**
*maximum of 2 scoops per feeding **maximum of 2 flakes or the equivalent thereof per feeding (owner may provide additional feed or hay for their horse at their expense)
• Turnout into individual outdoor paddocks or pasture 7 days a week (weather permitting)
• Use of electricity and water
• Use of fans (June-September)
• Basic help with vet or farrier (during business hours: Mon – Fri 8-5)
• Access to all arenas, round pens, horse walker & wash areas

Self Care Board - 12 Stalls - $255 / month

• Large 12 X 12 stalls
• Stalls must be mucked daily by horse owner
• Horse owner responsible for feed, hay, & shavings
• Daily turnout into pasture required, horses must be stalled at night
• Use of electricity and water
• Use of fans (June-September)
• Access to all arenas, round pens, horse walker & wash areas

Misc. Charges

• Setup / Administrative Fee (non-refundable) $50 per horse
• Stall Deposit $100 per stall (Refundable at departure when client has provided 30 day notice to vacate and stall remains in good condition)
• Return Check Fee $30
• Initial late charge fee (due on the 6th) $35
• Daily late charge after the 5th until board is paid $15
• Keep Horse in Stall at Owner's Request $5 per day
• Sheet/Blanket Fee (November – March) * $30 monthly (no hoods will be put on or taken off by Double B Staff)
• Clean Up After You Fee $25 each time
• Stall Rental (when available) $20 per day (owner provides own feed & hay)
